About the Role
We are looking for a senior Head of Growth & Product Marketing (SaaS) to lead our product marketing, demand generation, and revenue growth strategy. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who has scaled SaaS growth engines and owned revenue pipelines.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to define GTM strategy, build funnels, and scale marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SaaS product marketing & GTM strategy
- Build and optimize growth funnels (MQL → SQL → Revenue)
- Lead demand generation, lifecycle marketing & acquisition channels
- Drive international lead generation (US, UK, MENA, EU)
- Partner with Sales on pipeline growth & conversion optimization
- Own positioning, messaging, pricing narratives & launches
- Build, manage & mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Track and improve CAC, LTV, activation & conversion metrics
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS revenue
- Strong understanding of PLG, funnels, GTM & demand generation
- Experience leading multi-channel growth strategies
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international markets is a plus

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
