We’re looking for an A Player who has a proven track record of scaling products through Growth: product + distribution.


We’re building the future of how teams think, plan, and execute with AI - where every output, document, and insight compounds into real organisational intelligence.


Mindprint was born out of our AI consultancy, Particle Execution, where we design and deploy automation systems for businesses across the world.


Now, we’re scaling Mindprint from Beta into full product-market fit scaling - and we’re looking for a Head of Growth to lead that charge.


The Role

As Head of Growth, you’ll own the go-to-market engine - driving activation, conversion, and revenue growth for Mindprint.


There’s a distinct focus on how we can optimize our product’s growth loop, to grow fast - think Lovable/ Dropbox style.


You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and work alongside our Data Engineer and Automation Developers to connect insight → action → outcome.


You’ll lead experiments, guide messaging, and help shape how teams experience Mindprint - from the first impression to becoming power users.


This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to build the growth system for an emerging AI SaaS - not just manage campaigns.


What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, and referral.


  • Coordinate across teams — Founders, Automation Engineers, and Data — to ensure funnel alignment and rapid iteration.


  • Turn data into action: interpret funnel metrics and recommend experiments to improve activation and trial-to-paid conversion.


  • Shape positioning and lifecycle messaging: work with internal creatives to ensure cohesive communication across all touchpoints.


  • Develop and oversee onboarding and retention programs that improve early user success.


  • Advise select Particle Execution client projects on growth and GTM positioning when needed.


  • Build dashboards and frameworks to make our growth decisions fast, visible, and data-informed.


You’ll Thrive If You
  • Have experience leading growth, or GTM roles within SaaS, tech, or AI-driven products.


  • We need someone who has a proven track record of scaling products through product + distribution.


  • Understand funnels, lifecycle marketing, and automation tools (HubSpot, GA4, Zapier, Mixpanel, etc.).


  • Think strategically but move fast - you’re comfortable running lean tests and learning quickly.


  • Can collaborate across technical and creative teams.


  • Communicate clearly, own results, and enjoy working founder-side on something early-stage and ambitious.
