ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Head of GTM (Product Manager) to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market and competitive analysis across product categories to deliver strategic insights and data-driven recommendations that shape the company’s GTM strategy.
  • Define and drive comprehensive product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and alignment across cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of major GTM projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely execution, while ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Establish and monitor GTM performance metrics, analyzing sales data, market feedback, and ROI to continuously optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Act as a thought leader and advisor to senior leadership on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and long-term growth strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product, strategy, or GTM leadership, ideally within the consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and leading successful GTM strategies at a regional or global level.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align executive teams.
  • Expertise in market analysis methodologies, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both mandatory).
