We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Growth & Sales – Circular Economy Solutions to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a senior sales and business leader who understands complex B2B/industrial solutions and is passionate about sustainability and climate impact.

You will own the full growth and sales function from defining go-to-market strategy to closing high-value deals while working closely with the founding, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Revenue Strategy

  • Define and execute the growth and sales strategy for Concept Loop’s circular economy and waste-to-energy solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and use cases (industrial, commercial, municipal, energy, ESG-driven clients).
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead enterprise and solution-based sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and ROI cases for customers adopting circular economy solutions.
  • Engage with CXOs, sustainability leaders, plant heads, and decision-makers.
  • Drive strategic partnerships, pilots, and joint ventures with industry players, waste generators, energy buyers, and ecosystem partners.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • Establish partnerships with corporates, governments, utilities, NGOs, and sustainability networks.
  • Represent Concept Loop at industry events, climate forums, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in climate tech and circular economy sectors.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and scale the sales and growth team as the company grows.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track KPIs including pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Provide regular updates to founders and leadership on growth progress, risks, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth leadership, preferably in climate tech, clean energy, industrial solutions, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of circular economy, sustainability, waste management, energy, or decarbonization solutions.
  • Experience working with enterprise, industrial, or government clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Comfort working in a startup or scale-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling waste-to-energy, recycling, ESG, energy efficiency, or industrial automation solutions.
  • Network within sustainability, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience building sales teams from early stage to scale.
  • Familiarity with carbon markets, ESG reporting, or sustainability frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
