We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Home Service Operations to lead and scale our Beauty & Massage at-home service division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing field staff, and driving operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end home service operations for beauty and massage services
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and dispatch of therapists and technicians
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as service delivery time, customer ratings, and repeat bookings
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty therapists and massage professionals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive service growth and promotions
- Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and inventory for field operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in beauty, wellness, or home services
- Proven experience managing large field teams or service-based operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and operational dashboards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, spa, wellness, or on-demand service platforms
- Knowledge of local market trends in beauty and personal care services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
