Head of Human Resources - Group

Lead and oversee HR and administrative functions across the group, ensuring compliance, operational effectiveness, and consistent application of policies and standards.

Operate at a group leadership level, focusing on governance, oversight, and effective execution through HR and administrative teams across all entities.

Support executive management and ensure integration across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, administrative operations, and HR systems.

Act as the functional owner of HR ERP platforms, with strong hands on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM as the core system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee group level HR and administrative functions, ensuring governance, consistency, and alignment with group policies.
  • Govern workforce planning and recruitment across subsidiaries, overseeing end to end hiring to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with approved structures.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle and HR operations, ensuring effective service delivery and workforce administration.
  • Lead group wide performance management, appraisal, training, and development frameworks, ensuring alignment between performance outcomes, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Act as the functional group owner of HR ERP systems, governing the use of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant government platforms, while overseeing employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
  • Oversee group level administrative operations, ensuring efficient and compliant workplace services, including facilities, safety, security, and maintenance.
  • Oversee coordination of employee engagement and corporate events, ensuring alignment between HR objectives and administrative execution.
  • Develop and maintain group HR and administrative policies, governance frameworks, reports, and KPIs, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and executive visibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR and administration roles within a holding group or multi entity environment.
  • Advanced hands on experience with HR ERP systems; Oracle Fusion HCM is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in recruitment governance, performance management, training oversight, and HR systems governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
