We are seeking a dynamic and innovative HR executive to lead and transform the People Solutions function for Concentrix Egypt. The Executive HR Leader will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR strategy, operations, and culture-building across the country, ensuring alignment with regional and global business priorities.
This role is a senior member of the Global People Solutions Leadership Team and will influence the overall direction of HR programs across a fast‑paced, rapidly changing organization. The successful candidate will bring a balanced mix of strategic vision, hands‑on operational leadership, and deep understanding of the Egyptian labor landscape.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Provide strategic direction to Country HR/People Solutions teams and partner closely with regional and global leaders.
Translate business goals into HR strategies that strengthen organizational performance, operational excellence, and long-term talent capability.
Serve as an influential advisor to executive leaders on workforce planning, culture, labor dynamics, and organizational development.
People Experience, Culture & Engagement
Lead the design and execution of annual engagement strategies, including surveys, action planning, and year-over-year improvement targets.
Drive cultural transformation initiatives that reinforce Concentrix’s Vision, Values, and People Solutions brand.
Champion an inclusive, equitable, and high‑performing workplace that supports employee wellbeing and development.
Talent, Leadership & Capability Development
Partner with Country Leadership to build a robust leadership pipeline through structured talent development, succession planning, and capability‑building programs.
Serve as a mentor, coach, and strategic thought leader for HR managers and emerging leaders.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance requirements, regulatory reporting, and internal audit controls.
Oversee the effectiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, performance cycles, and employee relations.
Implement consistent HR practices across Egypt that align with global standards and local statutory requirements.
Organizational Effectiveness
Lead change‑management initiatives to support business transformation and large-scale organizational shifts.
Use data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and proactively address workforce risks.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, tools, and service delivery.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other enabling teams to support business objectives.
Represent People Solutions in executive meetings and influence decision-making at country and regional levels.
Profile & Experience
Experience & Background
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in multinational, fast-paced environments.
Strong preference for experience in the CX/BPO industry or similar high-volume, customer-centric organizations.
Proven experience leading HR functions in multicultural, matrixed structures.
Demonstrated expertise across all core HR domains: Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
High adaptability, resilience, and comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid change.
Ability to prioritize effectively, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Demonstrated success in leading teams, shaping culture, and driving organizational transformation.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations, social insurance processes, and government compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms, data analytics, and digital HR tools
Tech‑oriented mindset with the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging HR technologies into operations.
Comfort with AI‑enabled solutions, using automation, analytics, and talent‑intelligence tools to enhance decision‑making and efficiency.
Proven ability to solve complex problems using structured, scalable, and data-driven approaches.
