We're Hiring: Head of Human Resources – GCC Healthcare

A leading and highly respected healthcare group in the GCC, operating a network of hospitals and clinics, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and drive its people agenda across the region.

This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic HR professional who can partner with executive management, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational excellence.

Key Requirements:
✔ 7–10 years of HR leadership experience within hospitals or healthcare organizations in the GCC
✔ Strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
✔ Proven experience in policy development and implementation
✔ Hands-on experience with performance management and appraisal systems
✔ Succession planning and talent management expertise
✔ Recruitment planning, manpower analysis, and workforce optimization
✔ Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and healthcare industry practices
✔ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

What We're Looking For:
A commercially minded HR leader who can balance strategy with execution, lead HR transformation initiatives, and build a strong people-first culture across a growing healthcare organization.
