Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of HR Operations to manage and lead end-to-end HR functions. The role requires strong operational expertise, compliance knowledge, and leadership capabilities to ensure smooth HR processes and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, audits, etc.)
• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
• Lead and mentor the HR team to drive efficiency and performance
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll accuracy
• Prepare MIS reports and present HR analytics to management
• Support organizational growth through effective manpower planning

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in HR operations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice period

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• 6–8 years of relevant HR Operations experience
• Prior experience in a senior or leadership role

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
