JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the Role:

The Head of HR will be a strategic partner to the executive team, responsible for designing and implementing the human resources strategy that supports business goals. This role will lead the HR function across the organization, build a high‑performance culture aligned with values (Integrity, Excellence, Leadership) and drive people‑centric initiatives to attract, develop and retain top talent in a dynamic financial services environmenT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure operational excellence and strategic impact.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all levels and functions.
  • Design and oversee succession planning, leadership development, and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee HR operations, including HRIS, reporting, policies, and process improvements. Requirements:

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
● 7 -8 years of proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee management
● Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Performance Management & Employee Engagement
● Ability to design and implement Learning & Development programs with strong communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
