Role Summary

The Head of Human Resources will lead the organization’s people strategy and oversee all aspects of the HR function. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that support business objectives, enhance organizational capability, and promote a high-performance, inclusive culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who balances operational excellence with people-centric leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational structure, culture, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Foster a learning culture through robust training and development programs.
  • Drive performance management processes that promote accountability and growth.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

  • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness in pay structures.
  • Lead annual performance and salary review cycles.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Build a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Oversee HR systems, data management, and process optimization.
  • Develop and monitor HR budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving HR strategy, transformation, and organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, compensation, and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
