Head of Human Resources

As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources department in Dubai. This leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and problem-solving expertise. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end HR strategy, policies, and initiatives while building a robust HR function to support organizational growth. The role offers significant decision-making authority to set new benchmarks in HR management and aims to make the company one of the best places to work in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Strategic HR Leadership

* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance business outcomes.

* Manpower Planning & Budgeting

* Oversee workforce planning and budgeting to ensure optimal staffing levels.

* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

* Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

* Training & Development

* Design and implement effective orientation programs and employee development initiatives to upskill talent.

* Performance Management

* Manage a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
