Job Description:

Our client, a fashion apparel retail brand with a nationwide omnichannel presence, is looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead and strengthen its people agenda. This leadership role will be responsible for standardizing HR processes, developing and implementing robust policies and driving effective organizational development and change management strategies.

Responsibilities:

·     Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

·     Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits and develop a high performing HR team.

·     Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion

·     Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives

Experience:

·     At least lo to 12 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

·     Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends.
