Job Purpose
The Head of Human Resources will lead and oversee the complete HR function of SCB Mudarabah, ensuring alignment of people strategy with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and Shariah-compliant principles. The role is responsible for developing a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with SECP, SBP (where applicable), labor laws, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and Islamic finance principles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management initiatives and culture-building programs.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified professionals.
  • Ensure manpower planning meets business growth and regulatory needs.
  • Promote employer branding to attract top talent.

Performance Management & Learning

  • Design and manage performance management systems.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
  • Promote leadership development and succession planning.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits frameworks.
  • Oversee payroll, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work environment and strong employee engagement.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and ethical workplace practices.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, labor laws, and internal policies.
  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and legal advisors as required.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Oversee HRMIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and Board Committees.
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in banking, Islamic finance, Mudarabah, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws, SECP regulations, and corporate governance.
  • Professional HR certifications (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
