Head of Human Resources

Cooper Fitch is recruiting on behalf of a development group to hire a Head of Human Resources based in Dubai. This role suits a high-energy HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support business growth through operational excellence and targeted HR initiatives.

Job Role:

• Lead HR operations across the business, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Support workforce planning and headcount budgeting in partnership with leadership and finance
• Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, employee lifecycle processes, visas, and UAE labor law compliance
• Provide accurate, data-driven HR reports
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events
• Lead multiple HR projects, including policy updates, tools, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior operational HR role
• Experience in fast-growth, founder-led, or start-up environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
