We are seeking a Head of HR to lead talent acquisition and oversee core HR operations within a fast-paced fashion and e-commerce environment. This person will partner closely with leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational functions while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance.

This is a highly visible role that will help shape the organization by building scalable people processes, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.

Important: Candidates must have prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry . This is a key requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, creative, and operational roles
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, and HR policies
• Partner with leadership on performance management and workforce planning
• Oversee HR compliance, documentation, and internal HR processes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Required: experience in fashion or apparel
• Experience recruiting for creative and/or e-commerce roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
