Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Our client, a leading multinational in Karachi, is seeking a strategic HR Head to transform and drive their performance management framework with a focus on improving employee efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end performance management strategy, including goal setting, KPIs, reviews, and calibration
- Design and implement frameworks to measure and improve employee efficiency and productivity
- Introduce best practices from FMCG giants like Unilever/P&G in performance, rewards, and talent development
- Partner with business heads to align individual goals with organizational objectives using Balanced Scorecard/OKRs
- Leverage HRMS/PMS data for insights, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Drive culture of high performance, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Coach senior leaders and managers on performance tools, PIPs, and leadership development
- Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and succession planning linked to performance
Requirements:
- 10+ years in HR with 5+ years leading Performance Management in FMCG/MNCs
- Proven experience from Unilever, P&G, or similar high-performance cultures preferred
- Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, OKRs, and HRMS/PMS systems
- Track record of improving workforce efficiency and linking performance to business results
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: Rs700,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per hour
