About the Role
We are hiring a
Head of Immigration
to lead and manage our Immigration Division across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with
UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe
immigration programs and a proven track record in team leadership, compliance, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the immigration department across all branches.

Oversee case assessments, documentation, and visa application processes.

Ensure compliance with immigration laws and changing visa policies.

Review complex cases and guide consultants on eligibility and requirements.

Train immigration consultants and documentation officers.

Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly/annual immigration targets.

Resolve escalated client cases and maintain high service standards.

Coordinate with senior management on strategy and performance.

Provide weekly/monthly reporting on conversions, case progress, and revenue.

Support marketing team with updated immigration insights and country guidelines.
Requirements

Minimum
4–7 years
of experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing.

Strong knowledge of UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European pathways.

Proven leadership experience managing immigration teams.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple branches and high-volume case flow.

Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and visa policies.

Ability to achieve sales targets and improve departmental performance.
