Head Of Immigration

We are hiring a  Head of Immigration  to lead and manage our Immigration Division across multiple branches. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with  UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe  immigration programs and a proven track record in team leadership, compliance, and sales growth.

• Lead and manage the immigration department across all branches.
• Oversee case assessments, documentation, and visa application processes.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and changing visa policies.
• Review complex cases and guide consultants on eligibility and requirements.
• Train immigration consultants and documentation officers.
• Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly/annual immigration targets.
• Resolve escalated client cases and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with senior management on strategy and performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on conversions, case progress, and revenue.
• Support marketing team with updated immigration insights and country guidelines.

• Minimum  4–7 years  of experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing.
• Strong knowledge of UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European pathways.
• Proven leadership experience managing immigration teams.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple branches and high-volume case flow.
• Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and visa policies.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and improve departmental performance.
