About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Abroad Admissions Officer to assist students through the entire overseas education process from initial counseling to final application and visa filing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of international universities, and the ability to guide students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process student applications for universities abroad
  • Review academic documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Upload and submit applications on university portals
  • Track application statuses and follow up with universities
  • Assist with preparing required documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, financial docs)
  • Ensure all applications meet deadline and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives
  • Maintain and update student data in CRM systems
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on application progress
  • Assist in visa documentation filing (optional – you can remove if needed)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experience in international admissions / backend operations preferred
  • Strong documentation and data management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with deadlines and multitask
  • Good communication skills (email coordination with universities)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
