Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise, up-to-date advice on study abroad options in Australia, Germany, and the UK, covering university selections, admission criteria, and visa requirements.
• Provide personalized guidance and assistance for Australian migration pathways, including eligibility evaluations and application support.
• Handle client inquiries across all platforms, with special emphasis on incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media messages, and website leads.
• Actively follow up on call leads and convert inquiries into booked online or in-person consultation sessions.
• Leverage social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) for generating leads, promoting the brand, and engaging with prospective students.
• Foster and nurture lasting relationships with students, parents, and professionals to facilitate a seamless consulting and migration journey.
• Perform ongoing research on universities and market trends to ensure information is current and reliable.
• Participate in seminars, training programs, and industry events to remain informed about the latest developments in international education and migration.
• Accurately maintain client records, follow-ups, scheduled sessions, and data using CRM tools and internal systems.
• Meet and surpass monthly targets by converting leads into booked sessions, successful university admissions, visa grants, and migration approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in overseas education counseling or migration services (preferably for Australia, Germany, or the UK).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion abilities – especially over phone calls and virtual/in-person meetings.
• Results-oriented sales approach with proven skills in handling call leads, closing consultations, and achieving or exceeding targets.
• Expertise in social media marketing and audience engagement techniques.
• Solid research capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in multitasking and managing inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 (depending on experience).
