Tourist Visa Consultant

• Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for various countries.
• Review and verify client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and prepare supporting documents.
• Schedule appointments, compile files, and submit applications to embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
• Track application progress and keep clients updated at every step.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, or VFS/Gerry’s centers for clarifications or follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of changing visa policies, travel advisories, and immigration updates.
• Handle customer queries via call, WhatsApp, email, or in-office visits.
• Provide accurate fee information and prepare quotations when needed.
• Maintain organized client records and ensure all data is handled confidentially.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
