About the Role

ABS is seeking an experienced leader to establish and grow its Inclusive Education and Accessibility Practice.

The role will focus on developing innovative solutions that support inclusive learning, neurodiversity, accessibility, disability inclusion, and workforce awareness initiatives across Qatar.

The successful candidate will work closely with ministries, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and community organizations to develop and implement impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of ABS’s Inclusive Education and Accessibility Division.

* Develop strategies supporting inclusive education, special education, neurodiversity, and accessibility.

* Engage with government stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

* Design awareness and training programs.

* Support implementation of accessibility frameworks and certification programs.

* Oversee pilot projects and national initiatives.

* Collaborate with technology partners delivering immersive learning and accessibility solutions.

* Identify funding opportunities and strategic partnerships.

* Build and manage a specialist team over time.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required.

* Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum 8 years relevant experience.

* Experience managing strategic programs.

* Strong stakeholder engagement experience.

* Arabic and English preferred.
