Role Overview:

The Head of IT will be responsible for driving technology initiatives, overseeing ERP and cloud systems, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can design and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT function and manage ERP systems
• Implement and optimize systems to improve business processes.
• Leverage technology to increase engagement levels, customer footfall, and tenant satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide innovative, solution-oriented approaches to solve business challenges.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in IT, including ERP, cloud, networking, and IT operations leadership.
• Proven experience implementing ERP systems and leading technology transformation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to align IT with business growth drivers.
