Head of Information Technology IT

We Are Hiring – Head of IT (Construction Industry)

Location: Benghazi, Libya

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead IT infrastructure, networks, and site systems across project locations
• Manage ERP, Microsoft 365, Oracle, SAP, and enterprise applications
• Oversee IT security, compliance, and data protection standards
• Handle IT procurement, vendor management, and system optimization
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across all project sites
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team

Requirements:-

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading IT functions within construction, engineering, or infrastructure companies
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
• Experience managing multi-site/project-based IT environments
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• International / overseas work exposure is mandatory

Construction ERP Background:

* Project-based accounting

* WBS / CBS structure

* BOQ integration

* Cost-to-cost revenue recognition

* Variations & claims handling

* Retention logic

* Multi-entity consolidation

Oracle Implementation Experience (Practical / Hands-on):

* Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS

* Led at least one full-cycle implementation in construction

* Strong understanding of GL, Projects, Procurement, Assets, and Payroll integration

* Worked with Big 4 / Oracle partners before

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
