Head of Institute (Academic & Growth Leadership)

Octet Solutions is seeking a senior-level professional to set up, lead, and grow our institute. This role combines academic leadership with operational ownership and growth responsibility. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing industry-aligned curricula, leading instructors, coordinating across departments, supporting student acquisition through marketing alignment, and building partnerships with external institutes and universities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve industry-relevant curricula in coordination with internal departments such as software, technology, and marketing.
• Lead, manage, and evaluate instructors and academic staff, ensuring high-quality teaching standards and outcomes.
• Establish academic processes, calendars, KPIs, and quality assurance systems for the institute.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align academic offerings with marketing campaigns, advertisements, and enrollment strategies.
• Drive student growth through academic planning, seminars, workshops, and strategic collaborations with institutes and universities.
• Represent the institute in academic forums, seminars, and external engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day academic and operational activities related to program delivery and student experience.
• Support leadership in scaling the institute by introducing new programs, partnerships, and delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in academic leadership, training institute management, or education operations.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and program development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technology, or operations.
• Experience in private education, training institutes, or EdTech environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to take ownership, build systems from scratch, and drive measurable growth.

Location: 30 R, DHA Phase 8, Ex Air Avenue, Lahore (near Neon Square)

Timings: Mon- Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Full-time, On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
