Head of Interior Design – UAE (15–18 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Interior Design to lead and manage large‑scale interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, villa, hotel, mosque, and mega‑project developments. The ideal candidate will bring deep UAE market experience, strong design leadership, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams from concept to project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full interior design function, ensuring high‑quality design output across all project stages
• Oversee concept development, space planning, material selection, and detailed design
• Manage and mentor a team of interior designers, 3D visualizers, and technical staff
• Review and approve design presentations, mood boards, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained
• Handle multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and project specifications
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design‑related issues
• Lead design reviews, value engineering, and quality checks
• Present design concepts and project updates to senior management and clients
• Maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships for materials, finishes, and FF&E

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Architecture (Master’s preferred)
• 15–18 years of UAE experience in interior design (mandatory)
• Proven experience handling mega projects: residential towers, commercial buildings, hotels, villas, mosques, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client‑facing skills
• Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, and FF&E
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and related design tools
• Ability to manage high‑pressure timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
