• Salary: OMR 3,000 Monthly (Flat Rate)

Core Objective: Design, establish, and lead the independent internal audit function from the Saadah Commercial St operations hub. This role is responsible for providing objective assurance to the board on the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance protocols across all clinics and corporate units.

Core Tasks: * Develop and execute a risk-based annual internal audit plan to evaluate operational and financial efficiencies.

• Lead comprehensive audits across clinical operations, procurement, inventory, and corporate accounting departments.
• Identify control deficiencies, structural process bottlenecks, and compliance risks, delivering actionable remediation paths to executive leadership.
• Investigate financial anomalies or operational non-compliance issues with strict confidentiality and technical precision.
• Track and verify the implementation of audit recommendations across all regional business segments.

Technical Background: * Active professional certification (CIA, CPA, or ACCA) is mandatory.

• 8+ years of deep auditing experience, with a proven track record heading audit teams or departments within healthcare, medical analysis, or corporate operations.
• Masterful knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment methodologies, and corporate governance frameworks.
