We are partnering with a leading large-scale master developer in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Head of International Sales. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving global residential sales across high-profile mixed-use developments.
Role Overview
The Head of International Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the international sales strategy, targeting key overseas markets and investor segments. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of luxury/high-end real estate, and an established global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the international sales strategy for residential assets
- Identify and penetrate key global markets
- Build and manage relationships with international brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets across overseas markets
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing international sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure strong positioning and branding globally
- Represent the company in international roadshows, exhibitions, and investor events
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and buyer insights
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in international real estate sales (developer, brokerage, or consultancy)
- Strong track record in selling high-end / luxury residential projects
- Established network of international brokers and HNW/UHNW clients
- Experience selling into or from the Saudi / GCC market is highly preferred
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
