Join a private investment office managing a diverse global portfolio across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and structured products. As Head of Investment Operations , you’ll oversee portfolio administration, reporting, and governance across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional structure.

The Role

You’ll lead the operational backbone of the investment function, ensuring accurate data, robust reporting, and seamless liquidity management across complex holdings. The position blends precision, systems oversight, and coordination with advisors, custodians, and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee portfolio operations, accounting, and performance reporting.
• Deliver consolidated analysis across public, private, and alternative assets.
• Manage data integrity and platform administration (Addepar, FundCount, or Swimbird).
• Coordinate with external managers, custodians, and tax/legal advisors.
• Track capital calls, redemptions, and cash flow across entities.
• Produce tailored reports for principals, trustees, and stakeholders.
• Ensure operational compliance, control, and risk management standards are met.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in investment operations, fund administration, or family office management.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, IRR/NAV, and reconciliation.
• Experience with multi-entity and cross-border structures.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA/CAIA/CPA a plus.
