Role Purpose

As Head of IT, you will shape and execute the IT strategy of HUGO BOSS İzmir (HBTR), translating a global mindset and HUGO BOSS’ global vision into local technological transformation. You will act as a strategic partner to senior management, ensure robust and secure IT operations, and lead the organization’s digital evolution in alignment with global IT governance and HUGO BOSS values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Governance & Transformation

  • Define and deliver a clear IT roadmap aligned with HUGO BOSS Group strategy, global standards, and local business needs.
  • Embed global vision, innovation, and technological excellence into HUGO BOSS İzmir’s digital transformation journey.
  • Ensure strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate policies.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, contributing to enterprise-wide objectives with a holistic and collaborative approach.

IT Operations & Technology

  • Oversee all IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure secure, stable, and high-performing IT operations and data integrity.
  • Drive modernization by identifying, implementing, and scaling future-ready technologies, including data analytics and AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure close alignment and collaboration with HUGO BOSS Group IT and global stakeholders.

People & Performance Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing IT organization with a culture of trust, inclusion, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement in line with global Talent Management principles.
  • Define and monitor IT KPIs and OKRs, ensuring transparent reporting and continuous improvement.


Your profile:

What You Bring

  • Senior IT leadership experience in international, industrial environments.
  • Proven success in IT strategy execution and leading digital transformation at scale.
  • Strong expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, information security, data analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills across local and global organizations.
  • Strategic, results-driven mindset with strong ownership.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
