We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of IT Service Excellence to lead our IT service delivery and operational functions. This pivotal role involves championing world-class service standards, ensuring all IT services are efficient, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our strategic business goals. You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework, leveraging performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize service reliability. The ideal candidate will direct IT governance, manage risks, and ensure compliance across all services. By fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, you will lead a dedicated team of IT professionals, mentoring them to achieve exceptional results. โธ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 7 years in a senior role focused on IT service management or operational excellence.
โธ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
โธ Mandatory bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
โธ Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IT service management strategies and quality assurance frameworks.
โธ Deep understanding and practical application of ITIL or equivalent service management best practices.
โธ Proven experience in using performance metrics to analyze and optimize IT service delivery.
โธ Strong knowledge of IT Governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT) and their application.
โธ Experience in aligning IT initiatives with strategic business objectives to maximize ROI.
โจ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐:
โธ ITIL Managing Professional, ITIL Strategic Leader, or similar advanced IT Service Management certification.
โธ Proven experience in strategic IT risk management and the development of mitigation strategies.
โธ Experience managing large-scale IT projects and driving technological innovation within a service environment.
โธ Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership.
โธ Familiarity with business value management methodologies to quantify the impact of IT services.
