m2r Education are working with a well-established international school in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Kindergarten to join their leadership team in the new academic year.

Join a respected international school in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, offering a high-quality British curriculum education from KG to Grade 12. We are seeking an experienced Head of Kindergarten to lead both the Boys and Girls Sections to drive academic excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and development of the Kindergarten / Early Years department. You will ensure high standards of teaching and learning within an international school setting, while supporting staff and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Kindergarten team to deliver outstanding Early Years education
  • Develop and implement an engaging EYFS curriculum / Early Years framework
  • Monitor teaching standards and support teacher professional development
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams in international schools
  • Drive school improvement strategies within Early Years

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related subject
  • Minimum 5+ years of KG teaching experience in a reputable school
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in Kindergarten or Early Childhood (KG preferred)
  • Proven track record in British international schools or schools that follow the Cambridge international programme
  • Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development and academic supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and administration to enhance school performance.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
