Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the clinic’s growth objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing campaigns .
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends , platforms, algorithms, and tools to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Define KPIs and benchmarks for lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI , with a focus on high-quality lead acquisition .

Digital Marketing Management

  • Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously analyze ad performance to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Implement growth hacking strategies to drive organic growth and innovative digital initiatives.
  • Supervise the creation and improvement of social media content , ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two digital marketing executives , ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Assign tasks, review outputs, and monitor team KPIs to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.

Brand & Online Presence

  • Enhance the clinic’s digital footprint through content marketing, influencer partnerships, and SEO improvements .
  • Manage the clinic’s online reputation by overseeing reviews, responses, and digital PR strategies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze data and generate detailed reports on marketing performance, lead funnels, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement of marketing strategies .

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 9 years of proven experience in digital marketing , preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SEO & SEM
  • Paid Ads Management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Organic Growth Strategies
  • Growth Hacking
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to increase lead quality and lead volume .
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and automation tools .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Managing Director
  • Direct Reports: 2 Digital Marketing Executive
  • Closely works with head of reception/call center, HCPs and operations manager.
  • Salary-AED 15,000-18,000.
