Digital Marketing Management

Oversee and manage
paid advertising campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Continuously
analyze ad performance
to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.

Implement
growth hacking strategies
to drive organic growth and innovative digital initiatives.

Supervise the
creation and improvement of social media content
, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of
two digital marketing executives
, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Assign tasks, review outputs, and monitor team KPIs to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Brand & Online Presence

Enhance the clinic’s digital footprint through
content marketing, influencer partnerships, and SEO improvements

Manage the clinic’s online reputation by overseeing reviews, responses, and digital PR strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze data and generate detailed reports on marketing performance, lead funnels, and ROI.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:
Minimum
9 years of proven experience
in
digital marketing
, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
