Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our newly formed marketing team and drive multiple companies we own towards constant growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, with a proven track record in multichannel marketing, performance marketing, social media, and e-commerce. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage other employees effectively while fostering creativity and drive within the team. We are looking for a leader to be in charge of overseeing the marketing aspects of our companies while we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Lead advertising sales efforts, including print advertising, digital ads, and Google AdWords campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Drive content marketing initiatives by producing high-quality content that supports brand positioning and engages customers.
- Implement B2B marketing strategies to expand our reach within the industry.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Manage product management initiatives to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across various channels.
- Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and HTML for website management and updates.
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
