Position Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the executive team responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing vision of the company. The CMO will lead all aspects of brand strategy, digital transformation, customer engagement, and growth marketing across the group’s portfolio of brands.

This role requires a rare combination of creative excellence, analytical precision, and deep understanding of the luxury consumer. The ideal candidate has proven success building world-class luxury brands, driving measurable growth, and uniting creativity with commerce.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a unified global marketing strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and brand architecture.
  • Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and creative direction across all portfolio brands to ensure a cohesive luxury identity and market differentiation.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to guide new brand launches, acquisitions, and market expansion strategies.
  • Drive innovation in omnichannel marketing, digital engagement, and experiential retail.

Brand Management & Communications

  • Define and protect the integrity of each brand within the conglomerate, maintaining a consistent voice and aesthetic across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead global PR, media relations, influencer partnerships, and celebrity endorsements to elevate brand visibility and desirability.
  • Oversee all creative content, including campaigns, lookbooks, visual merchandising, and editorial collaborations.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Oversee e-commerce, CRM, and data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Drive digital innovation through strategic use of content, SEO, social media, paid media, and emerging technologies (AI, personalization, AR/VR, etc.).
  • Utilize analytics to measure campaign ROI, optimize performance, and inform executive decision-making.

Customer Experience & Loyalty

  • Champion a customer-first mindset across the organization, integrating insights from retail, e-commerce, and client services.
  • Lead the design and execution of loyalty programs, VIP experiences, and personalized engagement strategies.
  • Develop best-in-class luxury retail experiences—both physical and digital—that reflect the group’s values of excellence and exclusivity.

Team & Budget Leadership

  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team encompassing brand, digital, creative, and communications disciplines.
  • Manage multi-brand marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and measurable return on investment.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales, design, and operations to achieve unified growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience within luxury fashion, fine goods, or premium lifestyle industries.
  • Proven success leading multi-brand portfolios or complex brand ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce, omnichannel strategies, and global market trends.
  • Exceptional brand builder with an instinct for storytelling, creativity, and cultural relevance.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
  • Deep relationships within the fashion, media, and influencer ecosystem preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • International experience and fluency in multiple languages a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
