Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Marketing with strong commercial acumen to take full ownership of our marketing strategy, execution, and team development. This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating business goals into impactful initiatives that drive significant revenue growth for our company. The successful candidate will be the primary authority defining our market presence, managing a complex marketing projects, and ensuring tight alignment between strategic efforts, sales targets, and product strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
I. Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and Own the Strategy: Develop, define, and own the comprehensive marketing strategy (short- and long-term) that aligns the entire department's efforts with the Group's overall business objectives and aggressive growth targets.
- Budget and P&L Accountability: Develop, manage, and have ultimate accountability for the annual marketing budget (OPEX/CAPEX). Monitor and report on project expenditures, resource allocation, and overall marketing ROI to the executive team.
- Market Intelligence: Direct the marketing team to conduct continuous, in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, using these insights to pivot and refine organizational strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication bridge between the marketing team and executive leadership. Present regular, data-driven reports and performance reviews to senior stakeholders.
II. Team & Project Management
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Direction: Direct and enforce collaboration with cross-functional teams to secure necessary resources and align marketing support.
- Execution Oversight: Oversee and guarantee the execution of all marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to the approved budget.
III. Digital & Commercial Execution
- Campaign Management: Direct the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social media, events, email), maintaining consistent and powerful branding across all touchpoints.
- CRM and Automation Ownership: Own the architecture and optimization of the CRM system and marketing automation processes. Ensure these systems effectively streamline lead nurturing and accurately track customer relationships.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Instill a data-first culture; prepare regular executive-level reports on performance metrics and use advanced analytics to make informed decisions that optimize campaign spend and strategy.
