Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Define and monitor clear KPIs for all marketing initiatives.

Brand Management

  • Strengthen brand positioning and consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee content, design, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Lead communication strategies to enhance brand credibility.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline and increase conversion rates.
  • Track, report, and optimize digital campaign performance.

Product & Campaign Marketing

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
  • Manage events, trade shows, and product launches.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set objectives, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers to execute campaigns.
