Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will serve as a key member of the executive team, leading the full marketing function for a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for driving business growth, brand positioning, and market expansion across the UAE and MENA region. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into measurable, high-impact marketing strategies, combining strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational leadership. They will define and execute long-term marketing strategies, strengthen brand identity across all channels, manage marketing P&L, optimize multi-million-dollar budgets, and lead performance-driven campaigns with a focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision & Leadership

  • Define and execute long-term marketing strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Represent the customer voice at the executive table.
  • Build and scale a high-performance, innovative marketing team.

2. Brand & Market Positioning

  • Define and strengthen brand identity and narrative across all channels.
  • Oversee PR, communications, and crisis management.
  • Drive market share growth via segmentation, targeting & differentiation.

3. Performance Marketing & Financial Accountability

  • Own marketing P&L; manage and optimize multi-million budgets.
  • Lead all digital marketing to ensure ROI and lead pipeline.
  • Track and report KPIs: CAC, LTV, marketing ROI, etc.

4. Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with CEO and C-level peers for strategy alignment.
  • Partner with Sales for campaigns and enablement.
  • Work with other teams to inform roadmaps and launch new offerings.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years progressive marketing experience, 3–5 in senior/executive roles.
  • Proven success driving large-scale marketing growth in fast-paced firms.
  • Expertise in brand, digital, and performance marketing (MarTech & analytics).
  • Strong financial acumen; experience managing ROI-driven budgets.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in UAE/MENA market highly desirable.
