Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategy and marketing functions at Roadway Moving
• Design and deliver on KPI’s across all marketing activities
• Oversee the day-to-day marketing activities
• Build a marketing team then drive through data-driven insights and results
• Proactively impact inbound marketing efforts and generate leads
• Define messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy targeting specific segments
• Create and deliver visionary and compelling customer-facing presentations, collateral, and product demonstrations used during the sales process
• Collaborate with operational team around major/minor service initiatives, launches, ensuring effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline
• Partner with the sales team to distil key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages
• Drive creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize our message
• Execute projects to improve SEO, and web design to build pipeline
• Define and own the yearly digital marketing strategy & goals and partner with all departments to execute the overall marketing plan
• Manage internal team, external agencies and own the key digital growth initiatives
• Manage and measure digital & social channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Social, Affiliates, Web, Email, etc.) and allocate budget for effective spend
• Deliver KPI performance reporting (quarterly, yearly, ad-hoc) and understand how to optimize & how they impact other marketing channels
• Conceptualize, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to meet/exceed set objectives

Prior experience required:

• 10+ years of B2C/D2C marketing experience with a mid to large size company
• Must have lead-generation marketing experience
• Expert in digital media, paid ads, and lead generation
• This candidate is a "ahead of the curve" with technology, innovation, AI, and has experience with new and upcoming marketing trends
• Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills
• Ability to lead marketing, design, PR and communication teams to deliver on projects
• Ability to craft compelling and succinct positioning, messaging, and differentiation
• Strong cross-functional collaborator
• Think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to details
• Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude to get things done
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Understanding of CRO and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, etc.)
• Familiarity with a variety of digital platforms (email, databases, automation platforms, API’s, Shopify (or other e-comm).

Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 (base, multiple competitive bonus structures).
