Our client is seeking an accomplished Head of Marketing to lead the strategic marketing function for their portfolio of large-scale exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Exhibitor Promotion (EXPROM) and Visitor Promotion (VISPROM) , driving both exhibitor acquisition and visitor attendance to deliver exceptional ROI and event growth.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a dynamic marketing strategist who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to position exhibitions as must-attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to achieve exhibitor and visitor targets across multiple exhibitions.
  • Own and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI reporting to ensure measurable success.
  • Shape brand positioning and value propositions to strengthen market presence and competitive advantage.

Exhibitor Promotion (EXPROM)

  • Design and lead campaigns to secure new exhibitors and retain key accounts across international markets.
  • Provide marketing tools, sales support materials, and lead-generation campaigns to drive exhibitor acquisition.
  • Leverage data and market insights to identify industry sectors and key decision-makers.

Visitor Promotion (VISPROM)

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract high-quality visitors, ensuring strong registration and attendance conversion rates.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, paid social, email, programmatic) , PR, print, outdoor, and partnerships.
  • Drive audience engagement through segmentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team across multiple events.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and content teams to ensure full alignment of marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Manage agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.

Performance Measurement

  • Track and analyze key metrics including exhibitor growth, visitor attendance, and conversion rates.
  • Produce detailed post-event reports and insights to support continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience within large-scale exhibitions, trade shows, or events.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering EXPROM & VISPROM campaigns for international events.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics platforms .
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
