Location: DAFZA and DIFC offices, Dubai

The Company

Our client is a DIFC-based holding company with diversified investments across commercial enterprises and management platforms, operating both regionally and internationally. Their mandate focuses on long term value creation through strategic capital allocation, operational oversight and active portfolio management.

Job purpose

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Marketing to be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that directly support the sales objectives across the Food, Fertilizer and Biochemical Divisions. This role demands a sector sensitive approach to branding, lead generation and customer engagement, with close coordination with the CEO to ensure alignment with commercial targets.

This role is based in Dubai and requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to each product vertical.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor positioning to inform campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Provide sector specific marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Launch targeted campaigns across digital, print and on ground channels.
  • Manage product promotions, trade exhibitions and customer outreach programs.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and product lines.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, website, brochures and client communications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for review by the CEO and senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Marketing Manager experience.
  • Led or significantly contributed to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of digital channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • GCC region experience is essential, particularly within the UAE (Dubai).
  • Experience in product launch strategies, go to market plans, and customer research.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic) are a plus.
