The Head of Marketing will own and drive Red Rhino Brewing Co.’s brand, growth, and customer engagement across breweries, taprooms, and new markets. This role requires a strong mix of brand thinking, on-ground activation, digital acumen, and business alignment, with deep understanding of hospitality-led marketing.

You will be responsible for building Red Rhino as a category-leading, culture-driven brand, while delivering measurable footfall, revenue impact, and community loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Define and execute Red Rhino’s overall marketing and brand strategy across cities and formats
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—offline, digital, in-store, events, and collaborations
  • Position Red Rhino as a destination brewery brand, not just a product

Business & Revenue Impact

  • Drive footfall, repeat visits, and campaign ROI through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Align marketing plans with sales, operations, and brewing teams
  • Own marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance metrics

Digital, Content & Social Media

  • Lead digital marketing, social media presence, influencer strategy, and performance marketing
  • Oversee content calendars, storytelling, and community engagement
  • Use data and insights to optimize campaigns and audience reach

Events, Activations & Partnerships

  • Conceptualise and execute high-impact events, launches, festivals, and IPs
  • Build strong brand collaborations with alcohol brands, lifestyle partners, and creators
  • Drive city-level and outlet-specific marketing innovations

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team across cities
  • Work closely with external agencies, designers, PR, and vendors
  • Set clear KPIs, accountability, and execution discipline

Desired Profile

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, alcohol, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of on-ground marketing + digital ecosystems
  • Proven experience in brand building and multi-city marketing
  • Hands-on leader with strong execution mindset
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and creative thinking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
