Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* 10–15 years of marketing experience including leadership roles.

* Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign strategy.

* Proven track record of driving revenue growth.

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

* Lead brand positioning, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives.

* Oversee social media, performance marketing, and promotional activities.

* Manage marketing budgets, ROI analysis, and performance metrics.

* Lead and mentor the marketing team.

* Collaborate with sales and operations to drive business growth.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
