Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Lahore (On site) with frequent travel to Rawalpindi and Kharian, Pakistan.
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / Global CEO

Role Overview

ACE is on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our brand through its next phase of global fintech expansion. This is not just a management role; it is a leadership position for a builder who can translate business objectives into compelling marketing strategies. You will be responsible for scaling our market presence, optimizing performance metrics, and shaping the future of a high impact team. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of leadership experience and a decade of overall marketing expertise, ideally within the fast-paced worlds of fintech, payments, or tech scale-ups.


Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Direction & Vision

  • Develop and champion a forward-thinking marketing roadmap aligned with ACE’s mission to revolutionize cross-border finance.

  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape go-to-market strategies, influence product roadmaps, and identify new revenue opportunities.

  • Act as the voice of the market to the board, presenting clear insights on brand health, competitive landscapes, and growth trajectories.

2. Driving Growth & Performance

  • Architect and oversee multi-channel acquisition strategies (spanning Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond) to drive user growth and optimize spend.

  • Establish a rigorous framework for tracking marketing success, from brand awareness to customer lifetime value and market share.

  • Spearhead expansion into key international corridors, including the USA, New Zealand, and the Middle East, while deepening engagement in existing markets.

3. Team Empowerment & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and scale a diverse team of marketing specialists across digital, content, brand, CRM, and product marketing.

  • Cultivate an environment of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving.

  • Nurture talent across Pakistan and global hubs, building a pipeline of future marketing leaders.

4. Brand Building & Engagement

  • Own the evolution of the ACE brand, ensuring a cohesive and resonant identity that adapts effectively to local nuances.

  • Guide the development of high-impact content and community strategies that foster deep connections with users worldwide.

  • Leverage CRM and lifecycle marketing to deliver personalized experiences that drive retention and advocacy.

5. Product Launches & Integration

  • Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure marketing strategies are deeply integrated with product releases and customer journeys.

  • Tailor value propositions for diverse regional audiences, maintaining a strong, unified global brand voice.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of 05+ years in marketing, in a leadership capacity within fintech, digital payments, or a high-growth technology environment.

  • A proven track record of scaling brands and managing high-performance teams.

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, brand positioning, and customer retention strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in engaging diaspora communities across the UK, Europe, GCC, and North America.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Looker to drive decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

  • Flexibility to travel frequently within Pakistan (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore & Kharian).

Preferred:

  • Experience in the remittance or cross-border payments sector.

  • Familiarity with mobile-first product marketing and the regulatory landscapes of multiple regions.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating the ambiguities of a growth-stage company and turning challenges into opportunities.
