We are launching a premium longevity center in the UAE, operating at the intersection of advanced wellness, healthcare, and luxury services.

The center is built around a highly personalized, data-driven approach to preventive health, exceptional client experience, and a strong, niche brand positioning within the longevity space.


About the Role


We are looking for a senior, hands-on Head of Marketing to build and own the marketing function from the ground up ahead of launch.

This is a launch-stage role requiring both strategic thinking and execution. You will shape the brand, define the go-to-market strategy, and lead marketing through a combination of personal involvement and external partners (agencies, consultants, freelancers).

You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in preparing the business for launch and early growth.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Translate business goals into a clear narrative and go-to-market approach
  • Build and execute a practical launch roadmap

Brand, PR & Communications

  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Define and drive PR, media relations, and thought leadership
  • Oversee messaging, press materials, and external communications

Digital, Content & Campaigns

  • Define direction for digital, content, and social media
  • Lead launch campaigns, events, and brand activations
  • Ensure high-quality execution aligned with premium positioning

Partner & Resource Management

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners
  • Set clear objectives, timelines, and quality standards
  • Act as a central coordination point across teams

Healthcare Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing aligns with UAE healthcare regulations
  • Balance brand storytelling with medical credibility

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in marketing
  • Experience launching brands or business units
  • Background in premium, healthcare, wellness, hospitality or luxury sectors
  • Strong experience working with agencies and external partners
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
