The Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy will be responsible for positioning J7 Emporium as a leading premium commercial and lifestyle destination.
The role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing, branding, and communication strategies that drive footfall, tenant value, brand equity, revenue growth, and long-term market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
a. Develop and own the brand vision, identity, and positioning of J7 Emporium across all platforms.
b. Ensure consistent brand messaging across ATL, BTL, PR, events, and on-ground activations.
c. Strengthen J7 Emporium’s image as a premium, vibrant, and customer-centric destination.
d. Protect and enhance brand equity through clear brand governance and guidelines.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution
a. Design and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
b. Plan and execute campaigns to increase footfall, tenant visibility, and customer engagement.
c. Oversee seasonal campaigns, sales events, launches, and experiential marketing activities.
d. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
3. Tenant Marketing & Stakeholder Coordination
a. Collaborate with leasing and operations teams to support tenant marketing initiatives.
b. Design joint promotional campaigns with brands and retail partners.
c. Act as a strategic partner to tenants, enhancing their visibility within the mall ecosystem.
d. Build long-term relationships with media, agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
4. Events, Activations & Experiential Marketing
a. Conceptualize and oversee events, exhibitions, launches, festivals, and public engagements.
b. Ensure events align with brand positioning and deliver measurable business impact.
c. Manage event budgets, vendors, and execution teams.
5. Market Research & Insights
a. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
b. Track consumer behavior, footfall data, and campaign ROI.
c. Use insights to continuously refine marketing and branding strategies.
6. Leadership & Team Management
a. Set clear KPIs, performance goals, and development plans.
b. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
8. Budgeting & Governance
a. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget efficiently.
b. Ensure cost optimization without compromising brand quality.
c. Maintain compliance with internal policies and brand standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
a. Footfall growth and customer engagement metrics
b. Brand awareness and perception indicators
c. Tenant satisfaction and participation levels
Required Qualifications & Experience
a. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
b. 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in:
c. Proven experience in brand building, integrated campaigns, and team leadership
d. Strong understanding of Pakistani and regional consumer markets
