Head of Marketing -(PHR/1016/3)

Job Description :

Purpose of the Role:
To lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that strengthen the fitness club’s brand presence, increase membership acquisition and retention, and contribute to sustainable business growth through strategic planning and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies):

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to grow brand awareness and membership.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and website management.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Lead branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to expand reach

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
