Key Responsibilities

Lead annual strategy and budgeting, providing clear market direction.

Develop tailored brand strategies aligned with corporate vision and export market needs.

Manage marketing budgets, maximizing ROI across diverse markets.

Oversee salesforce targeting, sizing, and structure for optimal performance.

Establish and track marketing ROI metrics, reporting monthly to top management.

Inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns.

Ensure brand communications resonate with consumers and retailers while maintaining compliance.

Manage external vendors and projects to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
-
At least 4 years as Group Product Manager.

Minimum 2 years as SFE Analyst/Specialist.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science.

Marketing Diploma or MBA (preferred).

Fluency in French & English.
