Head of Media & Digital

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set media investment priorities aligned with national tourism and market objectives.
  • Oversee media planning and buying across markets to ensure efficient and effective use of budget.
  • Manage the media digital agency and hold partners accountable for delivery, performance, and compliance.
  • Monitor media performance, and digital campaigns and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and reach.
  • Coordinate closely with Brand, Digital, PR, and Content teams to ensure media supports campaign priorities.
  • Maintain oversight of annual media plans, budgets, and allocations across markets.
  • Ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in media reporting and spend.
  • Advise leadership on media strategy, investment decisions, and performance risks.
  • Oversee the Authority’s digital presence and performance across platforms and campaigns.
  • Coordinate digital execution in alignment with media, brand, and campaign priorities.
  • Maintain oversight of digital platforms, tools, and technology used for campaign delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of relevant experience, Preferrably in a multinational Media Agency.
  • Managed Big Brands.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
