• 7+ years of experience in sales, key accounts, or modern trade or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading sales strategies and delivering growth across modern trade channels.
• Strong expertise in account management, trade negotiations, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with leading retailers and distributors in KSA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
• Skilled in cross-functional leadership, team management, and strategic planning.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
• Ready to lead, inspire, and deliver impact in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
